Established by Peter Kim in 2013, the 8000 square foot space, on the top floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, accommodates almost 300 diners and features a lively bar area and upscale interior with soft lighting, pristine white table cloths, marble floors, crystal chandeliers, contemporary artwork and grand piano. The classy décor is matched by a top-tier service that’s attentive but not overbearing, and the overall ambiance blends refined elegance with relaxed island hospitality.

Premium grade steaks - aged for a minimum of 28 days and cooked to absolute perfection - are the undeniable stars of the show here, but the supporting cast, notably Signature’s selection of succulent seafood, is also worthy of your attention. You can’t go wrong with the Bone-In Ribeye or New York Strip, and you’ll struggle to find a better Long Bone Veal Chop on the island. Equally, the Maine Lobster, Sea Scallops and Alaskan King Crab Legs do not disappoint! And as well as a comprehensive selection of steaks and other entrées, the dinner menu offers a long list of appetizers and side dishes, plus a dessert card that’s stacked with irresistible sweet treats. There’s also an exclusive eight course tasting menu featuring decadent dishes such as Russian Caviar and Wagyu Steak (available for two or more people dining together), and a hugely popular daily happy hour from 16:30 - 19:00.

To complement the chef’s culinary creations, Signature’s knowledgeable staff and sommeliers are happy to recommend wine pairings from their carefully curated list, and / or guests can enjoy one (or more!) of the restaurant’s celebrated handcrafted cocktails.
