Boasting spectacular waterfront views from its Pearl Harbor location, Restaurant 604 specialises in contemporary cuisine from America and the Pacific Rim.
If you’re looking for a casual dining spot right on the water, then look no further than Restaurant 604. This laid back eatery, with an open air dining room that looks out over Rainbow Marina, serves an extensive menu of island fusion cuisine bursting with bold flavors and Hawaiian culinary tradition.
Highlights include the Cuban Sandwich (slow-roasted pulled pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickle, and cilantro-orange drizzle), the Macnut Mahi-Mahi (fire-grilled, marinated mahi-mahi with macadamia nut beurre blanc and pineapple salsa), and the ubiquitous local favorite Loco Moco (beef patty, brown gravy, rice, macaroni salad, sautéed mushroom, onion, egg). But in truth, this is one of those menus where you can literally close your eyes, stick a pin in, and still be happy with your selection!
From a starter list stacked with a mix of American classics and island favorites (think poke nachos, coconut shrimp, buffalo wings, clam chowder), to main dishes ranging from steaks and burgers to whole fish, chicken and pasta, everything here is fresh, locally sourced where possible, and prepared with passion.
The breakfast menu (served weekends 10:00 - 14:00) leaves diners similarly spoilt for choice, with a range of pancakes and hash bowls offered alongside signature dishes such as the Country Fried Steak, Kalbi & Eggs (marinated, boneless short ribs with all the trimmings) and the 604 Breakfast (served with a choice of meats including bacon, Portuguese sausage and spam!) There’s also a traditional Eggs Benedict, a selection of omelets including a ‘build your own’ option and a couple of delicious vegetarian dishes for non-meat eaters.
A dedicated Keiki menu at breakfast, lunch and dinner, demonstrates the restaurant’s family friendly ethos, and the the drinks list - local craft beers, tropical cocktails and mocktails - is sure to provide the perfect accompaniment to 604’s spectacular sunset views. Additionally, the restaurant’s recently launched $6.04 Menu gives guests the opportunity to enjoy tasty appetizers, sides and drinks without breaking the bank.
Open from 10:30 on weekdays (10:00 at weekends) and conveniently located just a short walk from the museums and memorials of Pearl Harbor, Restaurant 604’s chilled-out surf vibe and boundless Aloha make it a popular all-day dining destination for military families, locals and visitors alike.
Since opening in 2016, the restaurant’s parent group, 604 Hospitality, has grown to include eight casual dining venues across O’ahu, each providing their own unique take on island hospitality whilst maintaining the shared values of delicious local cuisine and exceptional service…
